VRGURUKUL is an online educational and examination platform designed to support schools, students, and organizers in conducting academic tests, competitions, and learning activities with transparency and efficiency.
The competition aims to encourage academic excellence, identify talented students, and honor their achievements with awards, certificates, and recognition.
Only students who have filled the offline form (through their school) and received a Roll Number are eligible. Online registration requires validation with the offline records.
Step 1: Fill the offline form provided at your school.
Step 2: Get your Roll Number.
Step 3: Complete the online registration on VRGURUKUL (using Roll No, Name, School, and WhatsApp number).
If your Roll Number does not match the offline records, the system will show:
“You haven’t filled offline form yet!”
In such a case, please contact your school coordinator.
All important updates (registration confirmation, result notifications, award details) will be sent to the student’s WhatsApp number provided during registration.
Results will be:
Updated online on the VRGURUKUL website.
Shared directly via WhatsApp messages to students with their Roll No and Marks.

The Award Ceremony will be live-streamed on Facebook (VRGURUKUL Page), and the link will be shared in advance with all students.
