Update on Shri Mati Phoolpati Ramkaran Dwivedi Medhya Chayan Pratiyogita 2025 & Request for Feedback

Respected Principals and Teachers,
I hope this message finds you well.
As you are aware, we had announced the Medha Chayan Pratiyogita scheduled for 21st December 2025. I had taken the responsibility of preparing the question paper for this event. While working on it, I realised that the paper may be challenging for 8th standard students, given the complexity of the Geeta concepts involved.
In light of this, I propose to postpone the event to a later date, allowing students and teachers more time to prepare. I also wish to enhance the rewards and recognition for participants.
The revised rewards structure is as follows:
1️⃣ Winning schools will receive ₹75,000 (up from ₹50,000)
2️⃣ Winning percentage remains at 75%
3️⃣ Students scoring above 50% will receive ₹1,100 each
4️⃣ Preparing teachers of schools with all students scoring 50% or above will receive ₹21,000
(in addition to the existing ₹15,000 worth electronic gadget for schools with 75%+ marks)
5️⃣ Students scoring 33% or above will receive a participation gift worth ₹1,100
(usable as a cash coupon for school fees)
6️⃣ Students scoring below 33% will not receive a specific gift
I request all schools to share their feedback and comments on this proposal. Our IT team is working on updating the details on (link unavailable). Please share your opinions there or via WhatsApp.
We are open to conducting the event on 21st December or on a later date. If we proceed with the original date, the existing terms and conditions will apply.
Kindly share your consent by Monday evening, allowing us to finalise the new date. The decision will be based on majority consensus, with the final decision resting with the organiser.
